PLANNING FOR EXCELLENCE AND INNOVATION
In defining our Mission, Vision, Core Services and Values, we were urged by community members to uphold high standards in plotting our path forward and we have every intention of doing so. That requires us to carry forward the elements that have contributed to our past achievements and anticipate impending change so that we continue to sustain and grow our success in the future.
To save lives, protect property, and care for our community.
The purpose of a mission statement is to define the reason for our existence.
Exemplary leadership and performance in serving our community.
A vision statement sets the direction for our organization in the future. It serves as our inspiration and sets the framework for our strategic planning.
Fire – Emergency Medical Services – Prevention
We have defined the Core Services offered by the Northwest Fire District to identify our strategic priorities moving forward.
statement of values
Our values define how we approach our mission as an organization and elaborate more fully on how we go about doing what we do.
Core values are an organization’s essential and enduring tenets. A small set of guiding principles…
We are forthright in our dealings; we stand by our word.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct; we do what’s right.
We firmly believe in each other to care for our community.
We understand that being held in high regard by our community is something we earn every day.
We serve selflessly to achieve our mission.
We value individual uniqueness.
